Partnership for Stratify and Alida

Alida, which until recently was known as Vision Critical, has agreed a partnership with analytics firm Stratifyd, giving clients access to a wider range of data sources for understanding their customers.

Derek WangFounded in 2015 and based in Charlotte, NC, Stratifyd offers a 'no-code' analytics platform, integrated with 'hundreds' of human-generated data sources including third-party and social media channels. The tool allows non-specialist users to solve business challenges such as gaining a cross-channel view of CXM opportunities; creating predictive models for customer retention; or identifying the root causes of emerging issues by tracking customer anomalies and changing trends.

The firm's Natural Language and Speech Analytics engine will now be integrated into Alida's CXM and insights platform. The Alida name replaced Vision Critical less than a month ago; and the firm announced the launch of the Alida CXM platform - which it claims will transform its previous solution into the 'world's first' combined customer experience management (CXM) and insights platform - just two weeks later.

Alida CEO Ross Wainwright says the deal will allow his firm to 'more deeply empower our customers around the world', and comments: 'Stratifyd's data analytics tools are exceptional. After evaluating several contextual offerings in the market, we selected Stratifyd as their solution provides the flexibility and accuracy that we need to enhance our Alida CXM platform'.

Stratifyd CEO and co-founder Derek Wang (pictured) says the agreement is 'structured for scalability and a big win for both companies and our customers'.
