Further Expands Senior Team

Communities and research tech firm Further has appointed former Kantar Consulting Head of Global Qual Research Operations Sarah Taylor as an advisor. In addition, Claire Marshall joins as Finance Director, Clare Warren as Marketing Director, and Maria Colarusso as Client Support Executive.

Sarah TaylorLondon-based Further develops online research communities and provides services ranging from a self-service qual research platform to managed services and full-service research. Taylor (pictured), who will advise on global data protection and compliance, previously spent nearly two decades at Kantar, latterly as Data Protection Director, having earlier served as Global Qual Operations Director. Earlier, she was European Field Director at Kantar's Added Value, and Field Operations Manager at The Qualitative Consultancy.

Marshall joins after a career in senior financial roles at Rubicon UK, TasteTech and Harlosh. Colarusso previously worked at Firefish quant business The Numbers Lab, where she served as Senior Project Manager, prior to which she held management-level roles at Brand Dynamics and CrowdDNA, and worked for Ipsos, Kantar, Cobalt Sky, and Maven Research.

CEO Stephen Cribbett says the expansion is as a result of an 80% uplift in revenues since lockdown. 'The combination of a changing market and the way we support our clients' research needs is enabling us to exceed expectations. We continue to gear for growth and expect an even stronger performance in 2021 as our new strategic growth plan delivers'.
