dentsu Hires Global COO for CXM Business

In New York, marcoms network dentsu International has appointed long-time Accenture exec Keith Lippiatt as Global Chief Operating Officer of its CXM (customer experience management) line of business.

Lippiatt (pictured) joins after a 27-year career at Accenture, most recently as Senior Managing Director, leading the Global Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure Services. Earlier he was CTO at InsWeb Corporation. He has held several Board positions and is currently a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for USC Marshall School of Business. In addition, he holds a patent for Systems and Methods for Detecting and Investigating Insider Fraud.

In his new role, Lippiatt will execute business processes across all dentsu's CXM functions. He report jointly to Neil Gissler, Global COO of dentsu International; and Craig Dempster, Global CEO of the CXM line of business. The latter comments: 'Keith's addition to the team will be instrumental in establishing dentsu International's leadership position in the CXM market. Coming from such a strong technology background, and specifically the cloud services arena, he will be an invaluable asset in one of the major growth areas for our future, one in which we intend to compete at a whole new level in the marketplace'.
