First Global CEO for TV Data Firm Adgile

Australia-based TV measurement firm Adgile Media has appointed its first worldwide CEO, former Vodafone Global Head of Media Paul Evans, as it gears up for expansion of its services into North America and Europe.

Shaun LohmanThe VC-backed business uses proprietary technology to track and interpret data from television broadcasts in real time, combining its own first party data with other sources to provide insights into audiences, ad effectiveness and brand exposure. Adgile's APIs integrate with leading global DSPs and major media buying platforms to optimise digital media spend; and the firm partners with GroupM, for real-time TV measurement, and Quantium and Fetch TV to provide FMCG companies with a direct measure of ad impact.

According to news site mumbrella.com.au, Evans has served as a board advisor to the company for the last twelve months and will now focus on areas including product innovation, marketing and talent development. His experience includes work at Kimberly-Clark, Xbox and Vodafone, and in agencies in China and Dubai.
