EverString Acquisition Boosts ZoomInfo B2B Data

B2B market intelligence firm ZoomInfo has acquired EverString, an AI-powered data solutions provider.

Founded in 2012 and based in San Mateo, CA, EverString uses proprietary technology rooted in machine learning, deep learning, AI and natural language processing to scour online and off-line sources, cataloguing both company and contact data about business of all sizes down to the very smallest.

ZoomInfo says the buy gives it a comprehensive business data graph, paving the way for enterprises to identify their total universe of customers and prospects, define their ideal profiles and focus their go-to-market efforts. EverString's 100 million company records and 70 million professional profiles will be integrated into ZoomInfo's existing database of 15m and 130m records respectively. EverString's data also includes more than 120m business locations and over 1m linkages between corporate entity relationships, allowing the combined company to help clients' go-to-market teams identify actual buying centers rather than legal entities with no purchasing power.

EverString CEO and Co-Founder J.J. Kardwell, who will remain with ZoomInfo through the transition as an adviser, says the combined company's data asset 'will be unparalleled in the marketplace'.
