Zeotap Creates ID+ Commercialization Leadership Role

In New York, mobile user data specialist Zeotap has hired long-time martech exec Matt Barash for a newly created role, SVP Global Publishing + Platform Partnerships, leading commercial development of the firm's recently launched ID+ solution.

Matt BarashFounded in 2014 by a team who previously worked at Vodafone, IBM and mobile ad tech firm Fyber, Zeotap offers a platform to help telecom operators draw out mobile customer data, for use in ad targeting and to predict user behavior. The company is also the founding member of ID+, a solution that aims to provide a privacy-compliant mechanism to overcome identity resolution challenges arising from ID fragmentation, cookie restrictions and regulation across the world.

Barash (pictured) joins from mobile ad platform AdColony, where he served as SVP of Strategy & Business Development, overseeing global strategy, marketing and all commercial relationships with automated advertising, data and marketing technology partners. Prior to this he held senior roles at publishers including Forbes and News Corp (Fox Audience Network).
