Promotions and Hires for Online Qual Specialist Aha!

Online qual research specialist Aha! has promoted Paula Kramer to the role of Vice President of Project Management and Sach Joshi to Senior Project Manager, while Lexi Lear and Adam Phillips join as Project Managers.

Aha! allows users to create and run fully customizable qual studies, and evaluate ideas and communications such as TV ads, print and digital messages, as well as new products. The firm's ad / concept testing feature TruRotation uses a proprietary algorithm to rotate concept ideas for qual/quant testing in consumer and B2B studies.

Kramer joined more than four years ago as Project Director & Qualitative Strategist, overseeing the firm's Project Management team, after working for qual specialist Beacon Research as an SRE. Joshi has been with the company for six years - initially as a Project Manager managing multiple phases of both qual and quant primary research projects. Lear joins with an MBA from Michigan State University; and Phillips, who graduated from the University of Chicago a year ago with a Master's degree in Social Science Research as well as a BA in Anthropology, is now responsible for client relations, managing projects, and providing technical support.
