Freelancer Insights Recruitment Agency Names First MD

In Belgium, interim MR sector recruitment agency Insights Wizards has hired long-time insights exec Dirk Van Kemseke as its first Managing Director.

Founded in 2019 by insights professionals Geert Van Boxem, Wim Hamaekers and Jasper Scheir, the Antwerp-based firm helps clients recruit temporary staff including insights managers and consultants, advanced data analysts, data scientists and insights impact managers.

Van Kemseke joins after a temporary stint as Customer Insights Expert at international bank BNP Paribas Fortis, having earlier spent more than sixteen years at Levi Strauss & Co, latterly as Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Insights Europe. Prior to this he worked for Coca-Cola as Consumer Insights Manager, and he held business development roles at Unilever.

In his new position, Van Kemseke will be responsible for the firm's general operations.
