More Funds for Content Personalization Platform VidMob

In New York, personalized video content creation platform VidMob has raised $50m in a Series C round of financing, which it will use to support global expansion and invest in technology and data science.

Alex CollmerVidMob's solutions, built on proprietary machine learning and integrated with social media platform APIs, allow a network of 'creators' to understand which creative attributes are driving performance, and develop personalised marketing communications. They include the Agile Creative Studio, which provides creative insights to help improve ads while campaigns are live; and the Intelligent Creative platform, which combines creative and data and connects brands to content creators.

New funding includes participation from Adobe and Shutterstock, and venture capital firms Drive by DraftKings, the Spruce House Partnership, Prefix Capital, BuildGroup, Interlock Partners, and Macanta. Industry and tech leaders also participated, including César Melo, former PepsiCo President, Lynda Clarizio, former President of Nielsen US Media, and Mainardo de Nardis, former CEO of Aegis Media. When combined with previous rounds, the company has now raised nearly $100m.
