Lewers Research Promotes for Partner Role, Adds Two

Australian researcher Lewers has appointed Katie Altmann and Lisa Tropeano, and promoted company veteran Phil Guarisco to Partner. The firm says on the back of 'another year of strong growth' it will continued to both promote from within and hire new talent in 2021.

Altmann joins as Executive Director after a decade at Nature Research, and earlier work at Roy Morgan, Synovate and Hall & Partners. Tropeano joins as a Research Consultant with three years' experience in quant and qual client service.

CEO Lisa Lewers, who founded the firm in 2005, also announced the offer of a partnership to Executive Director, Phil Guarisco, stating that team ownership has been a long-held ambition. She comments: 'Phil has been with the company since 2011, and in that time has built and maintained successful and long-standing research studies. His ability to cut through the data, see solutions and communicate that to our clients is exceptional, but his personal qualities as a strategist and leader, with deep connections to the culture at Lewers, ensures a seamless transition to business partner'.
