Emozo Labs and Global Survey in AI Partnership

In the US, AI-based qualitative research provider Emozo Labs has partnered with data collection firm Global Survey to use artificial intelligence to better understand customers' conscious and unconscious responses.

Partnership for Emozo and Global SurveyEmozo offers a DIY research platform which helps clients understand how customers feel about brands and experiences, while Global Survey uses online panels and other recruitment methods to collect first-party data from more than two million respondents. The partnership will help clients gain customer feedback using digital devices in more than 35 countries around the world; collect reactions to their communications and design assets; and understand key drivers for decision-making.
