Discuss.io Launches 'Mobile Screen Share' Qual Tool

Online video research firm Discuss.io has launched a solution called 'Mobile Screen Share', through which research teams and consumers can share their mobile screens inside a meeting room and access a respondent's mobile screen and real-time movements on their device.

Jim LongoDiscuss.io provides an online platform for real-time focus groups and other qual research, using a massive pool of respondents to allow niche targeting of research on anything from product development and optimization to brand and segment exploration, plus ad and concept testing.

The new Mobile Screen Share feature, available for iOS and Android, has been developed to help brands understand consumer experiences in real time. Integrated into the firm's video platform, the new app expands the virtual and mobile capabilities of qual interviews for UX, insights and eCommerce professionals. Using the solution, brands and agencies can see the respondent's face, voice and body language, helping to understand how they engage with their mobile phones. At launch, the app supports more than fourteen different language translations, and also offers in-meeting security and privacy controls, and product development features to show where consumers tap on their screen.
