Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Hires Comms Insight Expert

In Washington, DC, polling and research firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner (GQR) has appointed Albert Morales as Vice President, to help expand its services in comms, campaign insights, marketing and message development, in the US and throughout the Americas.

Albert MoralesGQR was founded in 1980 by Stan Greenberg, who advised the campaigns and governments of world leaders including Nelson Mandela, Bill Clinton and Tony Blair. It also works for corporate clients. Morales (pictured) joins after more than two decades working with political campaigns and organizations, national advocacy groups and corporations to develop communications strategies. Most recently he was the Senior Political Director at polling and research firm Latino Decisions, before which he served as VP of Government Affairs for the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC).

During the run up to the 2016 Presidential Primaries, Morales served as Director of Hispanic Engagement and Deputy Director of the Democratic party's overall engagement efforts. Earlier, under Governor Howard Dean's tenure at the DNC, he led the party's 50 State Strategy aimed at Hispanic voters.
