Burke Promotes Benton Smith to SVP, Client Services

US research and training company Burke, Inc. has promoted long-time exec Benton Smith to the role of Senior Vice President, Client Services.

Employee-owned Burke uses research methodologies, analytical techniques and technology to support clients across all major industry sectors; and provides MR and consumer insights education through The Burke Institute. Smith (pictured) joined more than sixteen years ago as a Research Associate, and has worked in both Research Services and Decision Sciences since. In 2019, he was promoted to VP, Client Services, leading the design, execution, and use of customer market research to drive company change.

According to the company, Smith's extensive expertise in evolving customer relationship measurement systems, both transactional and brand programs, has helped his clients build a more 'comprehensive view of the customer experience'.
