Milwaukee Office for Engagement Specialist Inte Q

In the US, customer engagement (CE) agency Inte Q has opened a new office in Milwaukee, staffed by former Kohl's Corporation brand marketing and analytics execs Jeremy Griffith, Adam Nenning, Nick Ratelis and Jessica Stemper.

Inte Q, which is based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, with additional offices in Boca Raton, FL, Chicago, and Stafford in the UK, analyzes customer data using advanced machine learning and data processing tools, to help clients optimize customer engagement. Through its new Milwaukee office, the company says it is broadening its offering to include personalization strategies, customer segmentation, customer lifecycle and behavior analytics, campaign analysis and test design, and data visualization and reporting.

Griffith previously worked for department store Kohl's as Manager, Data Science, and is currently Inte Q's SVP, Activation and Data Science; Nenning is EVP, Personalization and Marketing Optimzation, having earlier spent more than thirteen years at Kohl's, latterly as Director of Marketing Decision Sciences and Customer Analytics. Ratelis is currently SVP - Key Accounts, having joined Inte Q in 2016 after a decade at Kohl's, where he served as Senior Manager - Loyalty Marketing; and Stemper, who also spent a decade at Kohl's, latterly as Director, Marketing Analytics, is currently SVP, Project Management. Inte Q also employs several other former Kohl's marketing execs with backgrounds in CRM strategy, including some of the original team that launched the retail loyalty program Kohl's Rewards.
