Delvinia Enhances CRIS for Methodify Platform

Canadian research tech and data collection company Delvinia has adapted its CRIS (Conversational Research Insight System), adding 'chat capabilities' for users of the group's Methodify fast turnaround research automation platform.

Steve MastCRIS uses AI and machine learning to conduct one-to-one chat-based interviews at scale, collecting both qual and quant data on a secure web-based messaging platform. The solution, which was integrated into Methodify in 2018, can now be used to understand a user's question and return the most appropriate answer with a link to more information on the existing knowledge base.

According to Delvinia, CRIS is able to support both researchers and non-researchers, as it adapts the conversation to their specific needs. For researchers, CRIS helps explain to them how to do what they already do - but on the Methodify platform. For non-researchers, CRIS provides access to materials such as tutorials and best practices.
