Funds and Feedback Tools Launch for Native.AI

Real-time consumer feedback and market intelligence platform Native.AI has launched a new offering for Food & Beverage (F&B) and CPG companies; and has secured $1.75m in strategic pre-seed funding.

Frank PicaNative was founded in 2018 as a real-time consumer intelligence provider for Agrifood brands, then expanded into the F&B and CPG industries, including cannabis brands, two years later. The platform gives independent F&B brands access to first-party consumer data which the firm says in the past was closely guarded by retailers. Helping them to understand customer and consumer sentiment, optimize SKU rationalization, increase sales, improve quality control and benchmark against category-specific competitors.

The new tools use NLP to deliver real-time analysis of consumer feedback from Point of Sale (POS), e-commerce reviews, social media and smart labels, allowing a deeper understanding of consumer preferences around areas like taste, price and packaging.

The new funds come from current and former leaders at top companies and government agencies including Blue Apron, Conagra, The Kellogg Company and USDA.
