HRW Adds Two Behavioural Science Analysts

Sector specialist agency HRW (Healthcare Research Worldwide) has hired Jeremy Koloski and Alexandra Petrache as Behavioural Science Analysts in its HRW Shift division - Koloski in Manhattan, US and Petrache at the firm's headquarters in Oxford, UK.

Jeremy Koloski and Alexandra PetracheThe firm, which is part of consumer research company the MMR Group, delivers primary MR across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, device and diagnostics sectors, with experience in a wide range of therapy areas. HRW Shift is a team of behavioural science experts who examine the attitudes and behaviour of healthcare professionals and patients, to uncover hidden cognitive mechanisms and provide evidence-based recommendations to 'nudge' behaviour.

Koloski joins with a background in software engineering, as well as knowledge from his MSc in Behavioural Economics at City, University of London. Petrache recently completed her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in neuroscience at University College London (UCL) and holds an MSci in Genetics at the UCL Institute of Healthy Ageing.
