Knowledge Network Lynk Adds to Series B Round

AI-driven 'knowledge-as-a-service' platform Lynk has extended its previous Series B round of funding with an investment from UBS's Investment Bank business division. The amount is undisclosed but brings total funding to date to $35m.

Peggy ChoiWith eight offices in locations including New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, Shanghai and Toronto, Lynk indexes individuals based on their experience and expertise, and matches them with subject matter experts - linking them with investors and business decision-makers for conversations and consulting projects.

As part of UBS's investment, the Global Markets team within UBS's Investment Bank business division have been introducing Lynk solutions to thousands of the bank's institutional investor clients, who can add access to Lynk's network of more than 840,000 experts to their investment research process. The Lynk platform also includes access to UBS Global Research analysts across certain sectors, allowing Lynk customers to engage them in Q&As, consultations and executive briefings.
