ZoomInfo Buys Data Quality Platform RingLead

Business Intelligence provider ZoomInfo has acquired RingLead, which offers an end-to-end data quality platform helping businesses to clean and enhance disparate sets of company and contact information. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

RingLead's data quality management tool automates sales, marketing and revenue operations across the entire customer lifecycle. A codeless interface allows users to acquire and merge data from multiple third-party providers in order to enrich and standardize prospect and customer data assets and build targeted audiences. In addition, the platform is used to clean, enhance, segment, score and route data, then integrate it into companies' record systems.
