'Brandtech' Group Buys Control of Brazilian Firm DP6

New York-based 'brandtech' group You & Mr Jones has acquired a majority stake in Latin American martech and data company DP6.

You & Mr Jones was founded in June 2015 by former Havas Global CEO and Facebook Client Council founding member David Jones. The firm has offices in 40 countries & more than 50 cities on six continents. São Paulo, Brazil-based DP6 was founded by Tiago Turini and Leo Naressi, and offers technology and data solutions for major local businesses as well as global brands - including measurement and attribution, martech integration, data science, AI-powered marketing analytics and content optimization.

Although You & Mr Jones already boasts offices in São Paulo, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Bogotá and Panama City, the firm says the buy further expands its footprint in the region; and that its data company 55 - acquired in 2016 - will benefit specifically, adding LatAm punch to an offering already covering Europe, North America and Asia. The parent group saw organic growth of 27.1% in 2020 revenue.
