Two Senior Promotions at Maru/Matchbox in US

In the US, communities specialist Maru/Matchbox has promoted Patricia Chapin-Bayley to the role of President, West Region and Head of Technology & Media verticals; while Loukas Tziotis moves up to the position of Managing Director, Media, Entertainment and Technology.

Chapin-Bayley joined in July after nearly fifteen years at online community and survey tech provider Toluna, where she latterly served as Group SVP, Technology, Media & Entertainment, having earlier been the firm's Head of Enterprise Solutions, and Director of its Healthcare practice. During her career, she has gained experience of building out large-scale, global, digital research programs and insights communities, while supporting innovation and client services, and she has led teams in the UK, across Europe and in the US.

Tziotis has been a member of the Maru team since 2016, having joined as VP, Consumer & Shopper Insights, and latterly served as SVP, Media, Entertainment and Technology. His background includes expertise in consumer insights and analytics, and advising and helping brands across multiple industries grow through innovation, renovation, and in-market activation.
