Spotler Acquires Personalisation Specialist Pure360

In the UK, marketing automation platform Spotler has acquired Pure360, whose products include tools for web site personalisation and behavioural targeting. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mark AshBrighton-based Pure360 is a marketing technology company which specialises in product recommendations, persona analytics, personalised journeys and loyalty programs. The firm's Analytics Maturity Model helps clients benchmark their current strategy, understand customers' behavioural drivers, predict churn, and develop a data-driven roadmap. It also offers a behavioural-based targeting solution allowing clients to personalise e-mails using purchase-related customer behaviour data, and recover and convert customers through basket and browse abandonment e-mails.

Spotler says the deal extends its own ability to offer omnichannel marketing automation software in B2C and eCommerce markets. With this functionality alongside features already familiar to its existing clients, such as the ability to segment audiences, create engaging e-mails and personalise them, the acquisition provides a 'deeper solution' to meet the needs of a broader UK marketing technology market.
