Stagwell Buys Into Data Investor Hannah Grey VC

Harris Poll owner Stagwell Group has invested an undisclosed amount in venture capital company Hannah Grey VC, which itself invests in digital marketing services, including data and software products, digital media and digital transformation.

Jessica Peltz-ZatuloveHannah Grey VC was co-founded by Jessica Peltz-Zatulove (pictured), Kate Beardsley and founding member Lerer Hippeau. Pelitz-Zatulove previously served as Senior Managing Partner at the corporate VC arm of Stagwell's predecessor company, MDC Ventures, where she sourced and led investments in companies such as AI intelligence company Netomi, Amazon insights platform Gradient.io, and found content platform Catch & Release. Stagwell CEO Mark Penn says Peltz-Zatulove has 'long demonstrated' insight into the consumer's evolving relationship with emerging technology and the impact that has on brands.

Peltz-Zatulove adds: 'At Hannah Grey, our investment strategy puts an emphasis on monitoring the behavior changes and cultural shifts that are accelerating new ways consumers live, work and play. This creates a strong alignment with Stagwell's mission to transform connected experiences for today's consumers. I'm thrilled to have the continued support of the Stagwell leadership team'.
