sparks & honey to Launch New Consulting Practices

In New York, trend spotting agency sparks & honey is to launch two new practices: Youth Culture and Policy & Philanthropy, to be headed up respectively by newly promoted VP Hannah Hickman and SVP Robb Henzi.

Hannah Hickman and Robb HenziOmnicom-owned sparks & honey helps organizations understand and take advantage of cultural shifts, and cultural movements over time, using a combination of a custom platform called Q and human expertise.

Hickman (pictured left) has more than a decade of experience working with brands, advocacy organizations and non-profits to investigate changes in consumer behavior, social media technology and media ecosystems. Prior to joining, she was Director, Client Development at RED Interactive, and Business Development Manager at Blue State Digital where she explored areas such as the rise of AR and VR tech, immersive experiences, and the evolution of brand Twitter. Henzi (pictured right) joined nearly six years ago after a career which included serving as Senior Director, Strategy at We Are Social; Director, Strategy at VICE Media; and VP, Strategy at Havas Media.

The two will drive the development of the new practices when they are launched later this year.
