New COO for Kynetec as Richard Jameson Steps Back

Agriculture and Animal Health specialist Kynetec has appointed Nielsen veteran Paul Walker as COO for Crop Market and Customer Insights, replacing Richard Jameson, who is taking a step back but will support specific projects on a part-time consultancy basis.

Paul WalkerThe company employs more than 850 people across 30 countries, and is known for its studies in the areas of animal health and nutrition, crop protection, farm machinery and equipment, seed / biotech and fertilisers.

Walker, who takes a seat on Kynetec's Executive Committee, joins from financial insights organisation Consumer Intelligence, where he was Chief Commercial Officer; but most of his twenty-five years of experience in data and insight were spent at Nielsen. In his new role he will oversee the Crop Market and Customer Insights team of more than 400 research professionals, managing the farmer panel 'FarmTrak' in around 50 countries, and sigma which provides market insights for global strategic decisions in crop protection and seed.
