Major New Investment for Typeform

Barcelona-based feedback platform Typeform has received $135m in Series C funding, for continued expansion of its team, product development and extension of strategic partnerships.

The company offers a no-code SaaS platform allowing clients to create and distribute designed forms and collect data through what it says are 'intuitive, conversational experiences', for more than 125,000 customers worldwide. Typeform has seen annualised recurring revenue triple since 2018, increasing its headcount 35% each year, and launched new products such as VideoAsk, a video conversation solution allowing one-to-one asynchronous conversations at scale; and Typeform Chat, a no-code chatbot builder. Its c.450 staff work remotely, with access to offices in Barcelona and San Francisco.

The new round, which brings total funding to date to $187m in ten years since its founding, was led by Sofina, with participation from returning investors including General Atlantic, Index Ventures, Point Nine Capital and Connect Ventures, and new investors GP Bullhound, Top Tier Capital Partners, Teamworthy Ventures and The Trium Group.
