Bounteous Names Three New MDs
US-based digital experience consultancy Bounteous has appointed Katy Allen as Managing Director, Healthcare; and also promoted Jen Spofford and Jesse Dundon to Managing Director roles.
 Bounteous was founded in 2003 in Chicago, and assists clients via 'co-innovation' with strategy, experience design, technology, analytics and insight, and marketing. Last year, the firm acquired Lister Digital, a full-service digital transformation consultancy with offices in Chennai, India and San Mateo, California.
Allen (pictured) joins from ICF Next, the marcoms and digital transformation agency of global consulting and tech services provider ICF, where she served as Senior Partner & Line of Business Lead, Business Consulting; prior to which she spent a decade in various other roles at ICF. Her healthcare consulting experience includes working with health payers, hospital systems, global life sciences and biopharma, and national health associations.
Spofford is promoted from SVP of Client Service, while Dundon joined the company following Bounteous' acquisition of restaurant and convenience sector growth partner Hathway. These promotions follow the recent appointment of Raju Patel as MD, with responsibility for the company's expanded initiatives around the financial services industry.
