Digital Analytics Firm Evolytics Acquired

Kansas City digital analytics firm Evolytics has been acquired by Minneapolis-based technology consulting and digital transformation firm Concord USA.

Concord, which has supporting operations in Eastern Europe and India, serves enterprise clients in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing and financial services industries with a combination of industry expertise, tech know-how and project execution helping them to solve data and technology problems. Evolytics focuses on the collection, engineering, visualization and analysis of data, as well as training.

Concord says the buy will give it stronger data analytics capabilities to help clients activate marketing and operations data and boost business value; while expanding Evolytics' capacity for service delivery as it grows rapidly. Evolytics CEO Tom Wilkins and President Carey Wilkins will continue to run the company under the aegis of its new owner, focusing their efforts on day-to-day operations and sustained growth.
