Torfac Hires Former Lucid Exec for India Ops Role

Canada-based survey software and sample specialist Torfac has appointed former Lucid exec Geetu Malik as Assistant Vice President of Operations, based in India.

Previously known as WiseWorks, Torfac has proprietary speciality panels in more than 25 countries, focusing on B2B sample and harder to reach consumer segments like 'moms with babies', ethnic groups and specific ailments. As well as its headquarters in Toronto, the company has offices in New York, Singapore and New Delhi.

Malik (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' online research experience, specialising in client servicing, project management, training, and development. Most recently, she worked at programmatic sample platform Lucid, where she served as Associate Director-Project Success. Prior to this, she was AVP, Operations at Snware Research; AD Operations at Cross Tab Marketing Services; and Senior Manager, Online Market Research at Toluna, where she worked for nine years.

In her new role, Malik is tasked with expanding the project management team.
