Converseon Expands PRIS Reputation Management Tool

Consumer intelligence tech and insights firm Converseon has expanded its Predictive Reputation Intelligence Solution (PRIS) to include near real-time assessment of reputation, including the impact of reputation management decisions on business outcomes.

PRIS makes it possible to link reputation with sales and shareholder value, by combining social media and conversation data with advanced NLP, applied AI and predictive modeling.

PRIS now offers a range of enhanced features, designed to provide 'faster and more actionable' insights into reputation measurement approaches, based on outcomes rather than historical behavior. Key features include the ability to assess current reputation scores versus key competitors and industry average in near real time; and a diagnostic module to understand key drivers of reputation, including those 'known and unknown' (and often missed through traditional survey techniques, the firm says). In addition, PRIS allows users to model the value of potential actions on business outcomes.

According to CEO Rob Key (pictured), PRIS - which is a part of Converseon's full suite of Decision Intelligence Solutions - provides the required data, tools and information needed to proactively manage and invest in reputation management, and prove its value to the business. Key adds that PRIS was recently able to determine for a brand how a proactive investment to improve reputation perception for 'environmental issues' was likely to result in approximately $180m of quarterly incremental value.
