Ignite Connexion to Support Phebi Roll Out in Canada

London-based voice analysis technology firm Phebi has partnered with Toronto-based insights tech firm Ignite Connexion, which will provide Phebi with marketing, sales, implementation and customer support services across Canada.

Phebi offers voice technology and research-based non-conscious analysis solutions, which combine speech recognition, AI and machine learning to understand the 'true sentiment' behind people's voiced opinions. The firm's software applies behavioural science to detect and analyse emotions based on how people speak, with audio analysis for 24 distinct voice characteristics taking place every three seconds.

Ignite Connexion itself uses voice, AI conversational engagement and other emerging research technologies, and it will now promote and support Phebi's software in Canada.
