TRA Builds Sydney Team with Three Senior Appointments

Auckland, New Zealand-based insight consultancy TRA Group (The Research Agency) has appointed Nikki Davey as Head of Innovation, and Ngaia Calder and Tara Collins as Directors in its growing Sydney team.

Davey (left) worked previously as Head of Innovation ay Kantar, and in her new role will lead TRA's innovation capability, partnerships and thought leadership while driving growth for clients.

Calder (standing), who joins as a Business Director, was previously a Customer Insights Specialist at Kmart; while Collins (seated, middle), joining as an Account Director, was previously an AD at the Behavioural Architects, and Senior Consultant at TRA New Zealand.

The team has moved into new offices at The Commons, Surry Hills, where Collins and Davey will be based; while Calder will work between Noosa and Sydney, under TRA's Flex policy.

All three will report to Hall, who comments: 'Since launching earlier this year and securing two foundation clients, I have prioritised building a skilled team whose collective passion for customer-centric insights will optimise our focus to deliver the best possible client outcomes. Our team has fresh perspectives on how insights can bring inspiration, foresight and confidence to decision making.
