QGR Opens Research Tech Firm, Combines with SampleNinja

Quest Global Research Group (QGR) has opened a firm called Innovative Research Technologies Inc., dedicated to SaaS product development and delivery. In addition, the group's panel business Quest Mindshare has integrated SampleNinja's panel management software into its own.

Canada-headquartered QGR comprises Quest Mindshare and online sample provider SampleGuru, and its new Innovative Research Technologies Inc. (IRT) business will function independently from the other QGR companies. IRT will be led by Quest Mindshare founder Greg Matheson, with support from Chief Technology Officer Ben Coats, who will lead IRT's product development with support from his remote-first team of engineers. The goal of Coats' team is to work with Quest Mindshare market researchers, and develop tech which 'revolutionizes' the way clients do business.

In a statement, a spokesperson for the group said: 'Together, Greg, Ben, and the rest of the IRT team will carve a new path for QGR, expanding into this new arena aggressively and supporting the group's overall goal of solving the most difficult of industry challenges.'

Separately, Quest Mindshare has partnered with Austin, TX and London-based SampleNinja, whose panel management platform has been developed to help researchers with dynamic profiling, respondent fraud detection, panelist recruitment validation, and other panel challenges. In a statement, Quest Mindshare said that its adoption of the SampleNinja technology increases operational efficiencies, while expanding the performance of its own proprietary fraud detection technology, Detect. 'Together, Quest and SampleNinja deliver an outstanding client-focused offering that helps support businesses in data-driven decision making,' the former said in a statement.
