Cynthia.io Emerges From Stealth with Pre-seed Funds

US-based Cynthia.io, which provides a range of intelligence capabilities for customer experiences and predictive analytics, has emerged from stealth with a round of pre-seed funding, which it will use to support the soft launch of its cognitive search platform for B2B companies.

Cynthia.io's platform features eCommerce and bespoke industry apps that enable businesses to uncover, analyze and act to improve product offerings and business intelligence. The firm's artificial intelligence (AI) solutions design, deliver and operate managed cognitive systems - from chatbots using natural language processing, to self-improving sales and marketing funnels using 'reinforcement learning'. In addition, the firm specializes in helping clients analyze time series data to understand market dynamics and predict future results.

Pre-seed funds were led by New York City based CMT Portfolio Advisors, whose Managing Partner Christophe Thomas, will join the Cynthia.io Board. The proceeds will also be used to further develop and commercialize Cynthia.io's core deep learning technology.
