Accenture Buys YSC Consulting
Accenture has acquired YSC Consulting, which combines expertise in leadership development with data-driven insights to help clients align their leadership strategies and their business goals. The firm was previously owned by UK private equity firm Graphite Capital. Terms were not disclosed.
 The business services behemoth says the buy strengthens its hand in advising CEOs, C-Suites and Boards with solutions to boost performance and build leadership teams for the future.
YSC is headquartered in the UK, and employs more than 200 people, with locations in North America, Singapore, Australia, Mexico, China and South Africa. The firm offers bespoke solutions for C-Suite assessment, team dynamics and effectiveness, DE&I strategy, CEO succession planning and board effectiveness. Particular expertise is offered to private equity firms - it serves more than 40% of the largest such firms globally, and Accenture says this will add to its own deep industry expertise.
YSC's team now joins Accenture's Talent & Organization / Human Potential team.
