Market Xcel Hires for US President Role

India-based full service market research firm Market Xcel Data Matrix has appointed long-time Issues & Answers exec Mohit Gour as President Market Xcel (USA). Additionally, Shilpi Alagh joins the company as an Associate Director.

Gour (pictured) joins with more than two decades of experience, mostly spent at full service agency Issues & Answers. He began his career there as Manager of Data Processing, before serving as VP of Global Market Research Solutions, and more recently as Executive Vice President.

In his new role, Gour will support the development of overall strategies for operations and growth, while maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers across the globe. He will work with Alagh, who is based in Boston, MA, and joins after nine years at Essay Zeal Research, latterly as Global Business Head, Sales and Marketing.
