Sagacity Solutions Buys REaD Group

Data solutions business Sagacity has acquired London-based marketing and insight agency REaD Group, for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1991 by Mark Roy (pictured), REaD Group provides data products, insight and expertise to help clients get closer to their customers. The firm's database marketing services support brands at every stage of the customer journey, promising in-depth insight and delivering targeted multichannel communications.

REaD now joins Sagacity Solutions, whose proprietary software platforms and bespoke services help clients to operationalise data, from the moment a customer has been onboarded. Sagacity says the deal provides clients with a one-stop-shop for compliant data, enabling it to provide informed customer lifecycle proposition from prospecting and marketing through to customer management, billing, collections and retention.

REaD Group CEO Jon Cano-Lopez has been appointed to Sagacity's Board.
