Mission Translate Hires for US Expansion

Translation and research service provider Mission Translate has appointed William Powell as US-based Sales Director, and Filip Stanić as Senior Project Manager, focused on the US side of the business, while Robyn Berry joins in the UK as Marketing Manager, also with a US focus.

The Birmingham, UK-based firm provides tailored language services for the market research sector, backed by ISO quality-assured processes. Services include audio transcription; face-to-face, telephone and video conference interpreting; MR participant recruitment; multilingual content analysis; and multilingual social media listening.

Powell joins from B2B online insights and expertise community Ivy Exec, where he served as VP of Business Development and Strategic Partnership, responsible for spearheading the growth of the Market Research division and focused on providing clients with access to hard-to-reach business decision-makers. Stanić also worked at Ivy Exec, where he latterly served as Project Management Team Lead, Market Insights, tasked with reaching decision makers and opinion leaders, willing and qualified to participate in partners' B2B qualitative studies. Berry joins from trade kitchen supplier Howdens as Content Manager, tasked with delivering data-driven content to inspire customers throughout their purchase journey.

In their new roles, Powell will help accelerate the growth of the firm's US business, which now accounts for 40% of Mission Translate's revenue, and Serbia-based Stanić will focus on the US side of the business, while Berry will use her background in branding, strategy and content production to promote the company's brand vision.
