Synovate Promotes PAX Man
Synovate has announced the appointment of Steve Garton as Director, Media Research - Asia Pacific. Garton joined the company two years ago as Media Director for Hong Kong and has led the development of its media business on several fronts including the Synovate PAX media survey.
Garton has over 30 years of media, advertising and market research experience in the Asia Pacific region and holds an MA degree in sciences at Oxford University.
According to Tim Balbirnie, CEO of Asia Pacific, his achievements include leading the regional high income media survey Synovate PAX to success, used by 'virtually all major media specialists and the majority of regional broadcasters and publishers' and now being extended to the Middle East. In addition, 'an ever-growing range of projects are being placed by media specialists to investigate the effect of advertising and media relationships'.
