KS&R Promotes Two to Board
US-based strategic consultancy and MR firm KS&R has appointed Kathleen McKnight and Dan Conners to its Board of Directors.
 Syracuse, NY-based KS&R (Knowledge Systems & Research) acquired consumer motivation and influencing specialist Buyer Persona Institute earlier this year and now operates it as a distinct division; and Tumble, an 'Experience Lab' for human-centred design. The firm works for clients across a board range of sectors including technology, business services, entercom & recreation, healthcare, retail & e-commerce, and transportation & logistics.
McKnight (pictured top) joined the firm more than twenty years ago and supports B2B and technology focused clients on a global basis, with specialisms in fine tuning brand messaging via win/loss analysis, brand tracking, message testing and segmentation studies.
Conners (pictured, below) arrived at the company in 2012 and has mainly focused on the retail, e-commerce, and logistics industries, helping with price optimization, new product development, segmentation, value proposition, brand health and messaging, and customer journey.
The pair join Chairman Jay Scott and President Mike Nash on the Board, along with Kris Fischer, Joe Snyder, Chris Reimann, Jim Kraus, Mike Bard, and Christine Nelson.
