New HR Leader for CleverTap
Mountain View, CA-based customer lifecycle and user retention platform CleverTap has appointed Satyadeep Mishra as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
 CleverTap helps app-first brands personalize and optimize their consumer touch points to improve engagement, retention and life-time value - this includes provision of audience analytics, deep segmentation, multi-channel engagement, product recommendations and automation, via a unified product. Since June, its platform has been powered by the TesseractDB database tool and personalization engine, and in August it raised $105m in a Series D round of funding. Last week it launched a tool called RenderMax, which it claims can increase mobile push notification render rates by up to 90% on low-end Android devices.
Mishra joins from hospitality technology platform OYO, where he was CHRO for the technology, product, global functions and international markets teams. In more than two decades of industry experience he has worked at firms including Jio, Barclays and Bajaj Finserv, leading teams and conceptualizing HR strategies across talent acquisition, training & development, and performance management.
