Data Integrator Sproutward Acquired

US-based growth marketing firm Power Digital has acquired marketing agency Sproutward, which is headquartered in Boston and Columbus, OH and combines 'creativity with robust analytics' for clients going through digital transformation.

The deal adds thirty to the headcount at PowerDigital, bringing it to around 580 in roles including consultative marketers, creatives, data scientists and technologists. Sproutward cofounder Scott Zakrajsek previously led digital analytics and optimization departments at adidas, Reebok and Shoes.com, while co-founders Kevin Biondi both worked in key marketing roles at Staples.

Sproutward's proprietary platform integrates data across systems to create a single customer-facing view of revenue, marketing spend and business. This will now be integrated into Power Digital's nova, which analyzes businesses through first-party data for use in investment planning for marketing and diligence in M&A.
