Verve Hires Three, Promotes Ten
UK-based Verve, whose expertise includes community panels and culture, has announced the promotion of marketing and comms head Vicki Britton and the appointment of former Streetbees and Kantar exec Jadwiga Kozubek as a Director; as well as a raft of other promotions and hires.
 Britton (pictured top) joins the Executive Director team and is responsible for the marketing and communications of Verve's brand globally, having worked at the company for more than a dozen years in both insight and business development roles.
Kozubek (pictured below) joins the European senior research team following roles at Streetbees, Kantar and BVA BDRC and will lead one of the company's major retail clients, John Lewis & Partners. In the same team, Melissa Birkett has been promoted to Director, working on project mixing human intelligence with cultural intelligence, while Daniela Lipkin is promoted to AD five years after joining the business as a graduate, and will continue to work on the long-standing Boots account.
In Manchester, Sam Winterbottom and Carla Berzolla join as Research Mangers, after seven years at Join the Dots / InSites Consulting and three years at Mustard, respectively.
Verve has also promoted three people in the Research team: Will French to Research Manager, and Charlie Lancaster and Anna Jones to Research Executive; and four in the Operations team, where Madalina Khan becomes Senior Community Manager, Diana Danaila Senior DP Executive, Oana DImache Community Manager and Irina Caratasi Project Manager.
