Voxco Acquired by Investment Firm TAP

Canadian survey software provider Voxco has been acquired by TAP Software Holdings, an investment vehicle managed by Terminus Capital Partners, for an undisclosed sum.

Voxco, which was last acquired in 2019 by private investment firm Pivoton Capital, offers a platform to collect survey data through multiple channels including web, mobile and phone surveys. Last summer, the platform added three new features - Word Import, Close the Loop, and Text Analytics, to help users gather feedback, measure sentiment, and uncover and act on insights.
