CallMiner Integrates Zoom Meetings for Customer Insight

Conversation intelligence specialist CallMiner has announced an integration with Zoom Meetings, to provide clients with customer insights to improve the effectiveness of their service, support, sales, compliance and product development teams.

Paul BernardCallMiner captures contact center conversations to give clients 'the voice of the customer', with tools including Eureka, which automates the process of extracting information from customer calls into structured data. The firm's new Zoom Meetings integration is designed to enable organizations to better understand what's happening during Zoom interactions taking place during customer service communications between their employees - including sales reps, support staff, and compliance specialists - and clients.

With this approach, clients can combine results with other customer conversation types across the enterprise, such as traditional contact center conversations, to gain a 'more complete picture' of patterns, emerging trends and opportunities to improve customer experience.
