OneMagnify Acquires Data Science Consultancy RXA

In the US, marketing and data-driven solutions provider OneMagnify has paid an undisclosed sum to acquire data science consulting company RXA.

Founded in 2016 by data scientist Jason Harper, Ann Arbor, MI-based RXA uses machine learning, advanced algorithms and generative AI to help organizations at any stage of their data maturity. The firm's RXA Studio supports the development of new products and companies and proprietary solutions such as Media Optimization, Voice of Customer and Workforce Optimization.

OneMagnify says RXA's team of data engineers, data scientists, data strategists, business analysts and project managers will help expand its own analytics and insights capabilities. RXA employees, including the leadership team, will join OneMagnify's existing teams of data scientists, who use advanced algorithms and predictive modeling to transform data and unlock competitive insights.
