Qualtrics Opens EMEA Headquarters in Dublin

US-based experience management (XM) platform Qualtrics has opened its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) headquarters in Dublin City Centre, where it offers access to an XM Innovation Centre focused on AI.

Brad AndersonSAP-majority owned Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve what it defines as the four 'core experiences': CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, ProductXM and BrandXM. According to the company, the opening of its EMEA headquarters marks a decade of investment and expansion in Ireland since it first set up a Dublin office in 2013. The business is based in Costello House (on Clarendon Row), named after the late Dermot Costello, who established Qualtrics in Ireland and led its European business before passing away in 2018.

The Dublin office will also house a planned R&D XM Innovation Centre, dedicated to creating innovations using AI, machine learning and natural language processing among other technologies. For staff, Costello House has capacity for more than 500 employees, and offers access to an employee enablement hub, gym, yoga studio, games room, on-site masseuse and pub.

Qualtrics currently employs almost 400 people in Dublin and is continuing to hire locally. Brad Anderson (pictured), President of Products and Engineering at Qualtrics, comments: 'The depth of talent we are able to access in Ireland makes it a perfect place for our EMEA headquarters. As we continue to build across EMEA, the XM Innovation Centre will be central to our ability to drive innovation with unrivalled uses of new technologies to deliver exceptional experiences to organisations worldwide.'
