Triton Buys Ad Intelligence Firm Manadge

Audio broadcasting data and measurement tech specialist Triton Digital has announced the acquisition of Paris-based Manadge, an ad intelligence platform focused on the performance of programmatic advertising.

John RossoOwned by iHeartMedia, Triton Digital offers MRC-accredited measurement services, within a suite of tools helping broadcasters, podcasters and online music services to build their audience, maximize revenue and streamline their operations. It also offers online audio measurement service Webcast Metrics and IAB-certified Podcast Metrics.

Manadge offers analysis and comparison dashboards and KPIs for programmatic market participants and direct order advertisers, working with more than sixty SSPs and ad servers. Interactive and agnostic business intelligence tools help advertisers record and track revenues via a graphical interface with change alert notifications. Following the buy Manadge's team will join Triton Digital's.
