Voxpopme Links with Microsoft to Integrate ChatGPT

Video insights provider Voxpopme has partnered with Microsoft to launch a tool called Voxpopme AI Insights, promising 'faster, smarter and more economical' qual research, with analysis available in seconds rather than hours.

Andy BarracloughVoxpopme's app collects consumer feedback in the form of video responses direct from mobile phones. Last month the firm launched what it claims is the first AI-powered video survey - Smart SurvAI - allowing insights professionals to create survey questions with the help of OpenAI's ChatGPT.

Building on this launch, Voxpopme will use Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service to integrate OpenAI's ChatGPT directly on its video research platform. The results will allow companies to pose questions and glean 'nuanced, insightful responses' about consumers; receive summarized insights, complete with automated showreels and transcribed quotes from respondents; and view suggested questions for follow-up projects.

Voxpopme founder and CTO Andy Barraclough (pictured) comments: 'Many of our clients grapple with condensing research timelines without wanting to lose depth of insight. I'm so excited to get AI Insights in their hands to combat this dilemma and unlock actionable insights from their video feedback through an intuitive chat-like interface'.
